Bonne pioche Asphyth. J'ai bien regarde avec GE. On serait plutôt du coté syrien de la frontière. D'après un membre de la GE community qui aurait vécu sur place qu'il s'agirait des traces de prospection géologique systématique pour chercher du pétrole. On se trouve dans la vallée d'un fleuve asséché.
Le sol est de couleur vraiment sombre. Je vais faire une recherche google

Oui très étranges ! Il forme des motifs identique sur des kilometres !

Pas facile de trouver des infos avec Frontière Syrie Irak ou border Syria Iraq car l'info est polluée par les fermetures et réouvertures de cette frontière.

This is an interesting area of the world right now, border between Syria and Iraq, but this section looks like nothing so much as an old floor. Wasnt it called wooden parquet? or maybe cheap linoleum. I have no clue what it really is though. Just out of the picture is some additional patterns that look like... rows of shrubs? weapon storage bunkers?

When most all the highrez data was in the US, you could find good sources of info on the internet to figure what something strange was. But now... I have a feeling that we may have a hard time documenting say, Russian ICBM silos for instance.

- Crossroads and squiggles
This looks to be some sort of a intersection, to the left you can see the 'squiggles' which might have been produced by some sort of landmine sweeper? Hell I dont know. Overall this is a very wierd area.....we need more research into this area of syria.
